I appreciate authors giving away samples of their work, I really do. Because of that I'm not going to give this a 2 star, but it's not for me. This is a collection of short stories, erotica plain and simple, straight up sex. Not the worst ever, just not to my tastes. The first story involving the cursed cat I found silly and immature because of the female character in the story. She was far too naive and weak willed concerning her philandering boyfriend. The paranormal aspects were also written in a way that was not cohesive with the rest if the story line. The better stories were the later ones involving menage scenes but still just not my preferences with cowboy and rodeo themes. I got the feeling that this was written for the new adult market, young twenties age group which I am not a part of.

Nice collection of stories...a little wilder in language than I usually buy, but most definitely colorful in description. You have been warned...lol!
They were well written and simple. I didn't feel lost or confused. I would not mind to read some of them if they were full books. I will be looking for more books from this author and telling my friends and family about her.
I liked these stories, they had somewhat different themes to keep one interested to each conclusion.
Loved the black cat ! The story starting in ancient times made it very unusual and I very much enjoyed the humor with what the cat did to the men she dated. Always enjoy Cat's cowboy stories too! A great group of books for someone to get to know Cat's writings.
All good little short story to keep you up turning the pages for some hours. Some are more better than other but majority 90% good to me. My favorite...the black cat -) now i need to see if i can find one of these magic spell books...and try it on my Rocky(my cat) too bad he got fix last year lol
I liked the first story in this collection, but I felt it was still too short to begin to care about the characters and want to learn more. The other stories were just too short and uninteresting. This collection was free and I don't think I will purchase any of the authors books based on these stories.
AWFUL!!! was going to give at least one star more..but it's just not worth it..i liked the 1st
story..the Cat was very amusing and interesting..and sadly even though it was really short..
too short to do the idea of the story justice ,it sadly was longer than some of the others...some of the others
weren't soo much as stories as unfinished ideas..one called the Soldier and the Siren i think..is just some poor
Soldier coming home after being dumped in a letter ...comes home has a racy dream about a sexy voice on the
radio and then races to meet her the next day...that's it? WTH? I couldn't believe that was it..that wasn't a story
that was AN IDEA FOR A STORY!!! i know short stories are well short..... but there needs to enough there to at least
MAKE A STORY!!!.. off to delete it..
