What was your inspiration for the Killer on Call series?
My sister asked me to write a fast book she could listen to on one run. (Thank goodness she’s a marathoner). My mother asked me to write something realistic. (She’s not so much into my fantasy novels.)
Is Tim based on someone you know?
If he is, I’m not telling.
Will there be more Killer on Call stories?
Absolutely! The next set of six will see Tim going back out on the road. In fact, the characters were just screaming at me yesterday when I was hiking Ice House Canyon. I’m pretty sure they’re gonna kill a guy with a mountain.

I don't suppose one should root for a killer, but...there are those who kill only slime. They are to be applauded, especially the charmers like Tim. The story moved along quickly, and was full of likable people (and a hateful one or two). Drug addicts need to be helped and Tim needs to take care of more manufacturers/pushers. The only mistake I found was grammatical; not "than him," but "than he." Look it up.I wonder which hunky guy will win the hand of the fair maiden? It will be fun to find out. I will buy the author's next book as soon as I can afford it..

This book was a freebie so no cost invested but not good enough for my time. Weird plot and characters with quirky actions. Not impressed nor much more to say here.
A great short story full of twists n turns. Will keep u at the edge of your seat n wanting more.!!! A must read

Did not enjoy anything about this book. Was this written by an adolescent? Writing is very immature and not really developed. Sorry.
I guess this is a book for the younger generation. While I realize this is a very short story, it seemed like it was missing chuncks of the story. I felt lost at times. I couldn't connect with the characters as there was little history given. There was some exciting action. I doubt I'll pursue this series of stories.
Too quick, too complicated. I still unsure as to what I just read... There's too many characters introduced over the span of the plot, which moved incredibly fast and escalated even quicker.
As with the other books in this series, Gwendolyn Druyor relishes the delivery of character, plot and plot twist so much that you want to go along just to see where her voracious mind will take you next. Funny, contemporary and tweaked like an Edgar Allen Poe epic poem reinvented by Hunter S. Thompson and Jane Lynch, Ecstasy will carry you along on a mad spree wondering at which point you suspended disbelief altogether. So good, you'll have to read the whole series.
